While we are sad to see you are not happy with our product. We understand that, while this rarely happen, packaging arrived from oversea can be damaged by unforeseen circumstances. At Kids Wall Stickers we stand by the product and want to make sure that you are happy with the received product.
How to return?
1. To return the product, we ask that you simply return the product within 30 days as long as the product comes back unused, in original packaging and in resealable condition.
2. Please email email@example.com to request a refund explaining the reason for your return.

3. To help us speed up your return process, please include a note of the reason why you are
returning the product with the accurate contact information.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we
have received your returned item.
5. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card
or the original method of payment within 30-45 days.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for paying for their own shopping costs for returning the product.
How to cancel oder?
To provide the best service to our customers, our products processing normally begins the next business day once the order is received. We make every attempt to ship it out within the next business day. How to exchange a product?
