We understand the you want to see your product right at your doorsteps as soon as possible and we are making sure to try our best to make that happen! Our products are shipped from oversea and therefore will required a shipping period of 4-5 weeks since passing through the custom can be quite a process as we know it from our last travelling experience. Our product will certainly be worth the wait, just trust us!

Shipping Policy

How much is shipping?
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be show what the cost of shipping will be before placing the order.

How to track the order?
Once your placed the order, we will update your order with a tracking information where you can track your package to get an estimation of the arrival period. Shipping usually takes 4-5 weeks for the product to arrive within the US / Canada location.

Return Policy

How to return?

  1. To return the product, we ask that you simply return the product within 30 days as long as the product comes back unused, in original packaging and in resealable condition.
  2. Please email contactus@kidswallstation.com to request a refund explaining the reason for your return.
  3. To help us speed up your return process, please include a note of the reason why you are returning the product with the accurate contact information.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  5. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 30-45 days. 

Please note that the customer will be responsible for paying for their own shopping costs for returning the product.

How to cancel oder?

To provide the best service to our customers, our products processing normally begins the next business day once the order is received. We make every attempt to ship it out within the next business day.

Therefore, to ensure a cancellation is possible, please contact us at contactus@kidswallstation.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel the order. 


How to exchange a product?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contactus@kidswallstation.com send your item to:
